Thai Basil & Sweet Chilli Chicken

Serving Suggestion


Method
- Heat one tablespoon of oil in a wok.
- Add your choice of meat, cook on high until sealed, then add vegetables and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Pour stir-fry sauce into wok and toss through.
- Reduce heat to low and stir for 2-3 minutes, or until meat is fully cooked.
- Serve on a bed of steamed Jasmine rice.
What You'll Need
- 600g sliced Chicken, Beef or Seafood
- 1 cup mixed Vegetables – wedges of Carrots, Onion, green Beans
- 2 cups of steamed Jasmine rice

Chef's Note
Replace meat with cubes of firm tofu and toss through your choice of Asian greens. Delicious!
