Teriyaki Chicken

With its deliciously sweet and very versatile flavour, this classic Japanese sauce can be used in a stir-fry or as a basting sauce for grilled meat and seafood. ‘Teri’ means ‘lustre’ in Japanese, which describes the sauce’s shiny gloss.
