Another fantastic Thai Curry – our Red Thai Curry is sure to please. Medium spiced curry just add meat, vegetables and coconut milk.

Serving Suggestion

Method

1. Brown chicken on high in a medium saucepan for 2-3 minutes.
2. Cook jasmine rice as per pack instructions.
3. Add simmer sauce, coconut milk, carrots and beans to chicken. Bring sauce to a simmer, reduce heat, cover and cook for 10-15 minutes or until meat is cooked.
4. Serve your Red Thai Curry on top of the cooked rice in a bowl.

  • 1/2 Cuo (150g) Mixed Vegetables
  • 400ml Coconut Milk
  • Steamed Jasmine Rice to Serve
