Method
- Preheat oven to 170°C. Place salmon in a baking dish. Pour stir-fry sauce over salmon. Gently turn salmon to evenly coat with sauce. Cover with foil and bake 20 minutes or until cooked
- Top salmon with green onions. Serve with jasmine rice and steamed Asian greens
Tips & Hints:
- Ocean trout fillets can replace salmon

- 4 x 200g fresh salmon fillets, skinned and boned
- 1 x 200g packet Passage to Asia Teriyaki Sauce
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- Jasmine rice to serve
- Asian greens (such as baby bok choy), steamed to serve
