Baked Teriyaki Salmon

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 170°C. Place salmon in a baking dish. Pour stir-fry sauce over salmon. Gently turn salmon to evenly coat with sauce. Cover with foil and bake 20 minutes or until cooked
  2. Top salmon with green onions. Serve with jasmine rice and steamed Asian greens

Tips & Hints:

  • Ocean trout fillets can replace salmon

  • 1 x 200g packet Passage to Asia Teriyaki Sauce
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • Jasmine rice to serve
  • Asian greens (such as baby bok choy), steamed to serve
